Daniel Cobzac has extensive experience in advising international and domestic investors in privatization and M&A transactions, banking and finance, restructuring and corporate projects, dispute resolution  and is recognized by the business community and international legal publications such as Chambers and Partners and, as one of the leading Moldovan lawyers.

He coordinated some of the most complex transactions involving Moldovan assets, as well as major legislative projects such as the application of the Moldovan law on insolvency.

Daniel Cobzac has been named as one of the best 20 Moldovan  lawyers  by a Moldavian renowned magazine.

Daniel Cobzac graduated from the University of Chisinau Law School and is a member of the Chisinau Bar.
